Robert J. “Bob” Rosenfield is a successful entrepreneur and business executive, as well as a husband and father of three. Born and raised in a small coastal town north of Boston along Massachusetts Bay, he spent a few years in California before returning to New England to settle and build his business career and family life.
Bob graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and went on to earn an Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University. Prior to entering the auto glass industry, he worked at AT&T and in the Real Estate Finance and Investment business.
Here’s Bob’s story in his own words:
I have spent the last 25 years as an entrepreneur and business executive. Starting in the 1980’s, we built a small, local auto glass company into one of the country’s largest auto glass organizations, with activities in all 50 states. In that role, I have been fortunate to work with a great team of people, and to work on a wide variety of entrepreneurial and business development activities.
I’ve been involved in a variety of business growth and new business start-ups, as well as software development and commercial real estate activites.
I’ve been fortunate to make good friends in my business career. In fact, I have to credit any business success almost completely to the commitment, loyalty and enthusiasm of others, significant amongst them the many people who have worked closely with me in my business endeavors.
I also have to recognize all the car owners, and the many associates, clients and customers in the auto glass and auto insurance business, who have had enduring faith in me and our team to provide service in a personal, professional and caring manner.
My philosophy has always been “have high expectations of yourself and of others when it comes to passion and enthusiasm for what you are doing.” I’ve always found If you are passionate about what you do, good results will surely follow.
